About
I’m Prashant Bansal, a software engineer in New York.
Over the years I’ve worked at startups and at larger companies, including Microsoft, ADP/Lifion, LivePerson, Unqork, Attentive and Stepful. The work has ranged across human resources, conversational commerce, no-code software, healthcare education and, more recently, AI.
I’ve also co-founded two companies: ADIZ Solutions, in India in 2013, which built an ERP for education and ran for a year; and Probora, in 2026, which gives marketing teams evidence on creator deals and ad creative before the budget is committed.
I studied computer science, and spent time on artificial intelligence research at Binghamton University.
I write here about things I find interesting, things I’ve built, and things I’ve learned along the way.
