This case study unveils a collaborative endeavor between our design team at Kinetic Brands and luxury fragrance brand Arabian Oud, aimed at redefining the digital encounter for fragrance enthusiasts. Over a span of 5-6 months, we did research, ideation, wireframing, design, iterations, prototyping, and collaboration. Letβs see how we solved users pain points and revamp brand.

Established in 1982, Arabian Oud is the largest fragrance manufacturer and retailer around the world specializing in incense, oriental perfumes, and oil perfumes.
The company manages a retail chain of 620 stores worldwide selling over 400 luxurious and unique fragrances. Arabian Oud has more than 3,700 employees serving customers across over 50 cities and 33 countries worldwide, from London to Paris and all across the Middle East with a dedication to quality and perfection in the art of perfumery.
